Drinkmate Grapefruit Mimosas
Mix 1 part grapefruit juice with 2 parts chilled white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, etc) General Directions: Combine all liquid ingredients before carbonating. Add to Drinkmate bottle. Shake bottle to mix ingredients before carbonating. After carbonating, let stand 5 seconds, then release pressure, adjusting speed as needed to avoid foam reaching the top. Pour into ice filled glass if desired. Sparkle and serve in a champagne flute glass. Garnish with a sprig of thyme. |
Drinkmate Sparkling Pear-Berry Spritzer
General Directions: Combine all liquid ingredients before carbonating. Add to Drinkmate bottle; up to the Max Fill line or below. Shake bottle to mix ingredients before carbonating. Push button or pull trigger to carbonate. Shake gently again for 5 seconds. Let stand 5 seconds, then release pressure, adjusting speed as needed to avoid foam reaching the top. Pour into ice filled glass if desired. |
Bourbon Apple Cider
¾ cup cold apple cider 1/3 cup Bourbon 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 (2 ½ inch long) thin slices fresh ginger 2 thin slices from a small apple, for garnish Fill your Drinkmate bottle with cold apple cider, Bourbon, lemon juice and ginger. Shake bottle to combine the ingredients before carbonating. Carbonate! After carbonating, let stand for 5 seconds, release pressure valve, adjusting speed as needed to avoid foam from reaching the top. Strain and divide cocktail between two lowball glasses. Garnish with apple slices. To make a larger batch, combine, 3 cups apple cider, 1 cup Bourbon, 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 8 thin slices of fresh ginger. Carbonate and chill! Great for fall gatherings and cool fall nights. |
